Misplaced Seed Sphere

Can you fix the Seed Spheres' positions? They are misplaced, and none of them can be used.

just wanted to report similar bug. I picked up a Sphere in Icarus, it didn't have a name so i was curious, and its like you said. It is misplaced, takes up inventory space and can't be interacted with.
